This building was completely rebuilt in 1745 by the Lord of the place, in atonement - it is said - of the burning of the church by its ancestors, during the wars of religion. It was restored in 1806.
A wall of the old church, at the foot of the castle, is still visible, with a bay and a blinded door, dating from the 13th century.
