The church St Maurice, fortified building in the Middle Ages, dates (for its oldest part) of the 12th century.
But it is in 1053, confirmed in 1153 by a Bull of Pope Eugene the 3rd, that the church Sancta MARIA DE PRATIS was first mentionned. The present church, dean of the 11th and 12th century, small Romanesque vessel in 3 parts and 2 bell-tower-walls, one of which rises more than 20 meters to the nudes, with its defensive vault, remains the only witness of the horrors of the Hundred Years War while ensuring the continuity of the collective memory.
